Mastercard, VISA, PayPal. All payments are finalised in AUD. 

Do you accept payment in different currencies? 

All purchases are made in AUD. We offer a currency conversion tool as guide to assist you with your purchase. 

Do I need to set up an account to order?                                                 

Jordbarn would really appreciate if you do, however we understand you are busy and want to quickly process your order. Simply add to cart and check out as a guest.  

I have forgotten my password. How can I find out what it is?

Please follow the steps to retrieve your password within the 'My Account' area. 

What security do you have on your website?

Jordbarn website is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant (via Shopify Secure) 

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

You will receive a notification email confirming that your order has been placed. Please check your postal tracking with Australia Post.

Can I send my order to a friend as a gift?

Yes, that’s a great idea! All our orders come in a beautiful and reusable 100% cotton shopper bag. It will make the perfect layer to send a gift. Don’t forget to purchase a Jordbarn celebration card and also have a custom message added if required.

Why does my water bottle smell/taste like plastic?

Your bottle is 100% BPA free, and this a normal aspect of the manufacturing process. A quick solution to this issue is to fill your bottle to an inch to the top, include a tablespoon of bi-carb soda and give it a few good shakes. 30-45 minutes later and it won't smell like anything.

I'm a kid’s blogger, do you offer giveaways?
